SWOL started inside one healthcare group in Chicago and grew with it. Today we manage more than fifty pages across eighteen homes and ten brands, and it is still just the two of us.
Spent years recruiting for skilled nursing facilities before starting SWOL, so he knows what administrators are actually up against: census pressure, staffing, families who research everything online before they call. Moe handles clients and the business side.
Runs the pages day to day: the posting, the editing, the videos. If something goes up on one of the pages SWOL manages, Yaakov was probably the one who made it.
No account managers passing you around and no offshore team. The people you talk to are the people doing the work. We keep the offer simple on purpose: one price, everything included, month to month. If a facility needs something outside the package, we quote it before doing anything.
