Short version: we collect what we need to run your pages and bill you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Business contact details you give us (names, emails, phone numbers, facility names, page links), the photos, video and notes you send for publishing, the page data we can see as a partner or admin (posts, comments, messages, insights), payment records handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers), and basic website analytics.
To create and publish content on your pages, respond to your audience, report to you, bill you and answer support requests. We do not use your data for our own advertising and we do not sell or rent it.
Stripe (payments), Meta and LinkedIn (through the pages you connect us to), our cloud storage, scheduling, editing and email providers, each only to provide its service to us. We disclose information if required by law.
We publish only material you have confirmed is covered by your facility's consent process. We do not request or store health records and we never include diagnoses or care details in content. If you ask us to remove any person or post, we do so immediately and delete the source material on request.
Source footage is kept for the duration of the service and deleted within 90 days after cancellation unless you ask sooner. Billing records are kept as required for tax purposes. Email support@swolmg.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion; we respond within 30 days.
Access to your pages runs through each platform's own partner permissions, never shared passwords. Our accounts use two-step verification. If we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you promptly.
Our site uses only functional cookies and basic analytics. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout under its policy.
